TESTIMONIALS

Jay was incredible to work with! He assisted with the sale of our coop and the purchase of a new one! He was professional and made the whole process as fun as buying a coop could be. Would highly recommend to friends & family and would use again if we find ourselves in a position to sell or buy again.

Jay and his firm represented me in the sale of my New York coop apartment. He was fantastic and I recommend him highly. I have also recommended him to several friends and colleagues who used him as counsel for sales and purchases of residential and commercial properties and, without exception, they raved about him.
